Sign up to be a conservation volunteer at the Zoo

The El Paso Zoo and Botanical Gardens Conservation Education Program is recruiting volunteers to work with our Education Team both virtually and at the Zoo.   This  program is designed to help the Zoo accomplish its mission in support of important zoo goals including (1) providing excellent, expert, and compassionate care for our animals, (2) actively working to save wildlife from extinction and (3)  communicating with the purpose of inspiring people to value wild animals and to take action and responsibility to ensure their place in the wild.

Education volunteers get to pick their own hours, attend special meetings where they get to learn more about what is going on at the Zoo and help with all kinds of conservation education projects that best fit with the volunteer’s interest in wildlife and helping to educate others.
